Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Arcana Operations LLC collects when you view or pay an invoice through Arcana Payments, our branded checkout and billing platform, how we use it, and who receives it.
01Information we collect
When you pay. The name and email address on your invoice or entered at checkout, and a mobile number only if a payment option needs a texted code to verify your phone. Card numbers and bank credentials are entered directly into Stripe’s secure fields, not submitted to our servers. When you pay from a crypto wallet we record the paying wallet address and the transaction, which are public on the blockchain. We keep the payment references and results needed to confirm and reconcile your payment.
Automatically. Our hosting and payment providers may process IP addresses, browser and device details, and request logs to operate and secure their services. We do not load marketing analytics or advertising trackers.
02How we use information
- To show your invoice, take your payment and send your receipt.
- To keep accurate billing and accounting records for the services you purchased.
- To answer your questions and handle refunds.
- To secure the checkout and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To comply with law.
03Who receives information
We use these service providers, each only for its part of the checkout:
- Stripe: processes card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank payments under its own privacy policy. Information you enter in Stripe’s fields goes directly to Stripe.
- Supabase: our database, which stores invoices and payment records.
- Vercel: hosting, including request logs.
- Resend: sends invoice and receipt emails.
- Sendblue: sends texted phone codes, only when a payment option needs one.
- Mercury: our bank, whose records we use to reconcile payments.
- Sentry: error monitoring, limited to error codes and basic operational identifiers, without your payment details.
We may also disclose information where required by law or legal process, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy. We do not sell your personal information.
04Cookies
Essential cookies support securely returning from payment pages. Stripe may use its own cookies or similar technologies inside its payment fields, under its own policy.
05Data retention
We keep invoice and payment records for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
06Security
We limit access to the people and systems that need it and use encrypted connections throughout. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
07Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
08Children
Arcana Payments is for business clients of Arcana Operations. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
09Changes
We may update this policy. We will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, give additional notice.
